Sangamithra’s Storyline Leaked?

“Sangamithra” is the upcoming film directed by “Sundar C.” The first look of the film and the official launch will be made at Cannes International Film Festival, today. Shruti Haasan plays the titular role, Sangamithra, the Queen. Jayam Ravi and “Arya” are also in the star cast. Sri Thenandal Films produces the film and “A R Rahman” composes the music. It is heard that the story is a fictional one and is set in the backdrop of the 8th century. Sangamithra, the beauty had faced a lot of hurdles to save her Kingdom. What are the turmoil she faced and how did she overcome is the crux of the story. The film team says that they are dedicating the film to the world’s oldest language Tamil. This is the first attempt by Sundar C in this genre. Sundar had already told that the film will be made on a whopping budget and will be bigger than “Baahubali.” Let us wait and watch!
