, a producer from Salem, produced a devotional movie in the name Mecheri Vanabadrakali. He submitted the film to the censor board before 80 days and they watched the film. But, Anandan was not given the censor board certificate for the film, yet. Following this, the producer started protesting before the censor board office, today. The film features “

will also be seen in a pivotal role. It is said that the film team applied for the censor certificate via online. The film was screened to the censor board officials on 24th August. The producer says that Mathiyazhagan, the senior censor board official informed him that there are no cuts in the film but two mutes and the film will be given U. As they didn’t get the censor certificate, Anandan had been shuttling between censor board and Salem for the past couple of months. He had been asked to come later and this is the answer he gets daily. The producer had also pleaded the board members that if they feel to give UA, he has no qualms. But, no response from the censor board!
