The film was announced as a 1^st May 2019 release. Later, it was said that the film might not release on the said date, due to the shooting delay. The latest information is that the film would hit the screens as Thala birthday special on 1^st May and the shooting had been going at a brisk pace in Ramoji Rao Film City in a single schedule.
