PTR Palanivel Thiagarajan’s English Speech In Tamilnadu Assembly!

PTR Palanivel Thiagarajan is the DMK MLA from Madurai Central constituency. In the previous assembly meeting, Thiagarajan made his speech in English. This time, he said that as many people including the ADMK MLA, “Karunas,” didn’t understand his speech, he translated his speech in Tamil. Thiagarajan is the son of the former DMK Minister PTR Palanivel Rajan. He did his graduation in Chemical Engineering in Trichy and did the Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Operations Research in the State University of New York in America. Meanwhile in the discussion session today, the finance minister D Jayakumar said that even during the DMK rule, the Budget was made after acquiring loans. This created a furor in the assembly.
