Makkal Needhi Maiam was started on 21st February 2018. So, the party has decided to celebrate its first-year commemoration, usefully. MS Mandvi Sharma, the national media manager of Makkal Needhi Maiam has issued a Press note today and here it is:
Mr Kamal Haasan founded Makkal Needhi Maiam party to reinstate the lost ethos of Tamilnadu politics and to bring about a change in the society. Makkal Needhi Maiam completes one year on the 21st of February 2019. The following are the programs scheduled for the 21st of February 2019:
Makkal Needhi Maiam president Mr Kamal Haasan will host the party flag at the party head office Chennai, at 7:45 a.m.
At 3:30 p.m. he will visit Vellapallam, Nagapattinam district and distribute fishing nets to the fisherman of Vellapallam.
Following that, at around 6:30 p.m. he will interact with the party members and the general public at the Thiruvarur public meeting.
