, the Kannada Film chamber president stated that they have decided not to release
Kamal Haasan
and Rajini films in Karnataka. Govindu also stated that they have no qualms in releasing other heroes’ movies in Karnataka. It is to be noted that the Tamil Film Producers’ Council had a lot of hopes that they could convince the Kannada Film Chamber. When the issue was discussed, Govindu stated that Rajini was neutral when he was an actor, he turned one-sided when he became a politician.
