Nadigaiyar Thilagam Impresses Chennaites!

Nadigaiyar Thilagam, the dubbed version of the Telugu film “Mahanati,” the biopic of “Savitri,” has been running successfully in theaters, all over Tamilnadu, even after crossing two weekends. Although it is a dubbed film, the film pulled the audiences for the main star cast in the film. Keerthy Suresh plays Savitri, Dulquer Salmaan plays Gemini Ganesan, Samantha Akkineni plays Madhuravani, a journalist, Vijay Deverakonda plays a journalist, Naga Chaitanya plays Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Mohan Babu plays Ranga Rao and Bhanu Priya plays Savitri’s maternal aunt. This star cast is a major attraction and all of them have done their role exceptionally well. Keerthy and DQ have done their job perfectly. The film has been collecting well at the box office. It collected Rs. 1.2 crores at Chennai Box office and stands next to Irumbu Thirai. Samantha had two releases last week and both of them are doing well at the box office.
