Madras Music Academy Takes Action Against Sexual Harassment!

When the voice-over artist cum playback singer Chinmayi Sripaada alleged “Vairamuthu” for sexual harassment, many started blaming her. Siddharth Suryanarayan and Samantha Akkineni were the first to support Chinmayi. Later, many people started sharing their #Metoo stories that are going viral now. Right from popular directors to the character artists, many people fall prey to the allegations. When the Nadigar Sangam didn’t take any action against the accused, the Madras Music Academy had taken it. Yes, it had banned the people who stuck in the sexual harassment complaint to sing in the academy. Here is the list of those people, who are banned from singing in Madras Music Academy: N Ravikiran, OS Thiagarajan, Mannarkudi A Eswaran, Srimushnam V Raja Rao, Nagai Sriram, R Ramesh and Thiruvarur Vaidyanathan.
