Maari 2 Release Date!

“Maari 2” is the upcoming film scripted and directed by Balaji Mohan, who directed “Maari” with “Dhanush” and Kajal Aggarwal. The sequel has Sai Pallavi, instead of Kajal. The shooting is said to have been rolling at a quick pace and the team has wrapped up 40% of the film. It is heard that they will continue the shooting after the strike is over. Balaji Mohan took this to his Twitter and posted, “Happy that #Maari2 shoot is progressing at brisk pace & is 40% done. Will resume after the strike & targeting release in the second half of 2018 @dhanushkraja @Sai_Pallavi92 @Actor_Krishna @ttovino @varusarath @thisisysr.” The film has Krishna Kulasekaran in a pivotal role. Tovino Thomas, the Mollywood actor, who is popular for his web album with “Dhivydharshini,” directed by Gautham Menon, “Ulaviravu,” plays the villain. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar shares the screen space with Dhanush for the first time. Yuvan Shankar Raja composes the music.
