Karthik Sivakumar, who was last seen in “ Dev” directed by Rajath Ravishankar, has been getting ready for his next movie “ Kaithi” directed by “ Maanagaram” director Lokesh Kanagaraj. The action entertainer is all set for the release and the release date is yet to be announced. Besides this film he had been doing an untitled film with Bakkiyaraj Kannan, who directed “ Remo” with “ Sivakarthikeyan” and Keerthy Suresh. After wrapping up the first schedule of the film, Karthi switched over to Kaithi and then to Jyothika Saravanan film directed by Jeethu Joseph of “ Papanasam” fame.
The latest information is that Karthi will be starting his next schedule of Bakkiyaraj Kannan movie from 10th July 2019. The film has Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine and this is her debut in Tamil. The music composition for the film is by Vivek Mervin. It is also rumored that the movie had been titled as Sultan. We have to wait for the makers to announce it. Meanwhile, Karthi and Jyothika movie had already been wrapped up on 2nd July and the film will be released in October, stated a source.
