Journalists Banned To Enter DR APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial!

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam memorial is located in Peikarumbu, Rameswaram, where the world’s best soul is laid to rest. The memorial is inaugurated by Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India on 27th July 2017, the second death anniversary of Dr. APJ. Following the commotion at the memorial regarding the holy books, Abdul Kalam’s grandson requested not to make this as a political issue. Pon Radhakrishnan, the Union Minister also requested the same. The latest information from Pei Karumbu is that the journalists are blocked from collecting news from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam memorial, announced the Defence Research and Development Organization. It is also announced that the journalists should get the permission from the District Collector to visit the memorial. Besides this, the public is also barred from bringing cameras inside the memorial. This has shocked the public and the journalists, as well.
