Jai Banned From Car Driving For Six Months!

The case was filed against him under Sections 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act (vehicle driving by a person who is drunk or under the influence of drugs) and 279 of the Indian Penal Code (for rash driving on a public way). On this case, a nonbailable arrest warrant was issued against Jai and the Saidapet court ordered Jai to appear before the court in two days. Today, the actor appeared before the justice in Saidapet court. It was also complained that the actor doesn’t insure his vehicle. When the judge inquired, Jai agreed his mistakes that he was drunk while driving and had no insurance. As he agreed, he was fined Rs. 5200 and the court banned him from driving the vehicle for the next six months.
