Is This Amma’s Government – Questions Kamal Haasan!

Today, the Tamilnadu government opened the TASMAC shops. Although the drinkers are happy about this, the rest of the state is unhappy with the government's decision. Many people condemned the decision by the government. Now, Kamal Haasan questions the government through social media. He released a statement on his Twitter page.

Kamal noted that the TN government always states that it is following Amma's footpath and now, they have opened the TASMAC shops. Is this not an insult, questions Kamal. He slammed the government for opening the liquor shop and getting back the freebies that they have given to the people and he means the gold given to the poor for their marriage. If the government doesn't stop this, the resultant will be bigger than we expected and it might overtake the Tsunami results, said Kamal. He also stated that the rulers don't have any conscience and also asked them to inquire about it to their superiors.
