He also said that he would request the CM to grant subsidy for the left out films. Here is the letter sent by Vishal to the CM of TN:

 மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதல்வர் அவர்கள்,

தலைமை செயலகம்,

 அன்புடையீர் வணக்கம்,

மாண்புமிகு புரட்சி தலைவி அம்மா அவர்கள் ஆசீர்வாதத்திலும் வழிகாட்டுதலிலும் செயல்படும் தங்களது அரசு தற்போது அறிவித்திருக்கும் 2007-ம் ஆண்டு முதல் 2014-ம் ஆண்டு வரையில் உள்ள தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களுக்கான மானியத்தொகை வழங்குதல், மற்றும் 2009-ம் ஆண்டு முதல் 2014-ம் ஆண்டு வரையில் உள்ள தமிழ் திரைப்படங்களுக்கு தமிழக அரசால் வழங்கும் மாநில அரசு விருதுகள் அறிவிப்பானது தமிழ் திரையுலகினரிடையே மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
