Lokesh Kanagaraj is one of the few Indian directors with a near perfect record. With the lone exception of Master, which was just above average when it released in 2021, Kanagaraj has struck gold at the box office. His last movie as a director was the iconic LEO, which starred ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay in the lead role.

Despite mixed reviews, the movie emerged as a significant commercial success when it released in 2023. Lokesh is also focusing his sights on the sequels of his iconic blockbusters Kaithi and Vikram respectively.
