Arulnithi's Demonte Colony and Mouna Guru are super hit films that left some good impression on the star. Being impressed with Mouna Guru, “A R Murugadoss” remade the film in Hindi as “Akira” with Sonakshi Sinha in the lead. Arulnithi married Keerthana on 7th June 2015. Today, the couple is blessed with a baby boy. Being a happy person, Arulnithi shared the news with his friends, fans and followers via Twitter.
