Yes, he has been committed doing the surgeon role in “Kariyila,” directed by Arun. Shine Tom says that he had been doing a lot of homework for his new role so that it would be perfect on the screen. In Kariyila, Joby, who played in James And Alice plays the central role. Sandra Joseph, who was seen as the friend of Dulquer Salmaan in Kammatti Paadam plays Joby’s daughter in the film. The relationship between the father and daughter is the main theme of the film. Shine Tom says that he took lessons in cardiology from a cardiac surgeon. He also states that he has learnt the medical terms used by the doctors for the role. The film also has Srinda Ashab, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Sudheer Karamana in the crucial roles.
