Rana To Make His Entry Into Mollywood!

Rana Daggubati, the Tollywood star has been playing interesting roles in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Now, it is heard that he forays into Mollywood. Major Ravi, the director of “Kandahar,” has cast various top-seeded actors including Amitabh Bachchan in his films. At present, he has been casting the cop roles for his upcoming film with “Mohanlal.” Lalettan plays Major Mahadevan in this flick. In the movie, Rana will be playing a cop along with Mohanlal. While asking about the film, Ravi said, "We had a discussion for more than four hours. Rana was very much excited about his character. He has given an affirmative nod to do the film. But, he has to wrap up the shooting of “Baahubali” sequel before our schedule starts at the end of September." In case, Rana walks out from the film, the director has an idea to bring Allu Sirish on board. Sirish has expressed his interest to play in the flick. The film is set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pak war that happened in 1971.
