Jakes Bejoy To Compose Music For Mohanlal’s New Venture

Jakes Bejoy is all set to join Mohanlal’s latest venture.

According to the latest reports, the music composer will be giving his services to Mohanlal’s upcoming project. The movie marks the directorial debut of Austin Das Thomas, who is also an actor in Mollywood.

After the blockbuster success of Thudarum, Jakes Bejoy is once again ready to provide his services to Mohanlal’s movies. His background score in Thudarum was appreciated throughout the nation. Directed by Tharun Moorthy, the film restored Mohanlal’s reputation, which was under radar after the release of L2: Empuraan, which was directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.

Jakes Bejoy is best known for giving music to movies like Taxiwaala, Forensic, Por Thozhil, and most recently Lokah : Chapter 1 – Chandra, which starred Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen K Gafoor in the lead roles. Bejoy made his theatrical debut in Hindi cinema with Deva, which was a remake of Malayalam movie Mumbai Police, though it was another matter that the movie tanked at the box office.
