Priyadarshan Jumps Into The Sports Genre!

“Priyadarshan,” the Mollywood maverick director has been basking in the success of “Oppam” with “Mohanlal” in the lead. He is also elated that his film Sila Samayangalil starred by Prakash Raj, Ashok Selvan and Sriya Reddy has been making its way in Golden Globes. He has been expecting the film to be announced as the winner of Golden Globes. Now, he has been gearing up for his next film. It is heard that the director is gearing up for his next film, which is a sports movie. Priyan said that he has an idea to work out the script of the late scribe, “T Damodaran.” They both had already worked in a few successful films including “Kaalapani,” “Megham” and “Advaitham.” Priyadarshan also says that as Damodaran was from Kozhikode, he was aware of the sports structure. Kozhikode has produced a huge number of athletes. Priyan will announce the project soon. He has a couple of projects in his hand; one with Prithviraj Sukumaran and “Sreenivasan” and the other is a Bollywood film.
