As Mammootty was a lawyer, Sulfath didn’t know about his acting passion. When Mammootty told her that he is an actor, Sulfath didn’t believe him. As none of his movies were released during the time, it was hard for Sulfath to believe it. By the time he had completed three movies. Later, he called KG George, who was directing him in his fourth film. He got permission from him to allow his wife in the sets. Only then Sulfath believed him. Till then, she thought Mammooka was playing a prank. On seeing his passion in acting, she supported him. If she didn’t permit him to act, Mollywood would have lost an excellent actor.
