Suriya is impressed with Mani’s performance in ‘Vel,” and “Aaru.” Although Mani rejected the offer, Suriya’s team was reportedly approaching him for the film. Suriya tried to convince him by giving him an assurance that he need not participate in massive action sequences. But, Mani denied. He has also requested Suriya’s team not to divulge his health condition to anyone. After his death, the team revealed the truth. Mani’s death is a loss to Mollywood and Kollywood.
