V Ravichandran is a noted actor in the Kannada film industry. Ravichandran’s fans turned out in huge numbers as three films were launched on the eve of Maha Shiv Ratri. The fans were visibly upset over the other movie Hebbuli which released a day back. It is because Kichcha Sudeep’s posters were given much prominence. Many theaters in Bangalore and other important cities highlighted Sudeep in the cutouts. V Ravichandran was given less prominence, it seems. When the question was raised,
V Ravichandran begged his fans to remain silent on such issues. Respect is not something demanded, but should come from within, said the actor. The actor added that he has never demanded respect during the last three decades. Raising a cutout of Sudeep happens because he is the movie’s hero. It is left to his fans to welcome him. The cutouts are not important, and the movie should speak volumes, said the actor.
