The film received the appreciation from the audiences and critics for the screenplay and performances of the leads. The latest buzz on Jaggesh is that his next film, Melukote Manja has been gearing up for the release. The film directed and performed by Jaggesh would have been released a couple of weeks ago. Due to the demonetization of Rs. 500 and 1000 notes, the film had been delayed further. Now, the team has planned to release the film in December. Touted to be a comedy genre, the film is set in the backdrop of Melukote. In the movie, Aindrita Ray shares the screen space with Jaggesh.
