He has written his autobiography Nambikeye Jeevana. He has received a honorary doctorate from the Indian Virtual University for which functions for the harmony across the globe. The doctorate has been acknowledged by the Indian Niti Ayoga. BK Srinivas is a person with multiple talents. The award has been given to him for movie production, and for writing books. It is to be noted that the producer is popularly known as Benkosri.
Now, he is acknowledged with the name BK Srinivas. In a positive development last year, producer of movies, Chartered Accountant and actor Auditor Srinivas received the similar award from the University for peace and harmony. It happens that December 9th happened to be the birthday of BK Srinivas. The much acknowledged doctorate was given to him at Mysore Manasa Gangotri in the Cauvery auditorium. More than 130 people from across the nation have been chosen for the much acclaimed award this year. The honorary doctorate was given in the presence of Mysore Mayor MK Ravikumar, Justice Chandrasekaraiah, and Pushpa Iyengar.
