Malala Yousafzai is never frightened to speak up for herself. This eighteen year old girl has received lots of honors, including the Nobel Peace Prize. She was awarded the Nobel Prize, for advocating the education of the children all over the world. She was shot by the Taliban for arguing that the girls should be educated. At that moment, she became a hero worldwide.
“He Named Me Malala” is the film which is premiered at the New York Fest. This young icon, once again proved that she could speak up for herself, in spite of the situations. Davis Guggenheim is the director of the movie, “He Named Me Malala”.
The personal struggles of Malala are showcased in this movie; the film focuses on her family life and Malala’s cute relationship with her father. This movie was played at the Telluride Film Festival and the Toronto Film Festival. This movie is set for the release in the theaters on October 2nd.
