She said that it is very easy to maintain your looks with right diet combined with little exercise. The ‘pretty Women’ star had managed to stay beautiful in spite of getting older. She claims that Moderation is the key rule.
She said that she don’t know everything she needed to do, if she does knew she would become like something put together with a tape. She admits that sometimes she would go crazy following a diet but then she stops for few minutes and thinks about the reason behind doing it. The actress, who is also mother of three children also incorporate the same logic in her family life. “You have to eat the good stuff to get the good stuff” the actress quoted.
