For all those who love movies that revolve around historic wars, this is a treat to the eyes. Releasing on May 24, this film is the Oscar winning actor’s best one.
The war epic is a story of William Wallace- his journey from his young days till the day he was executed by the Englishmen. The story is beyond the war; it is a story of love and vengeance. He goes to the extent of forming the Scots and battling the English after his ladylove was murdered. It is a battle for love- he fought to honour her and prove that love stays even after the lover is gone.
This masterpiece has captured the lovely lands of Scotland and its culture beautifully. Apart from its cinematic brilliance, especially for the war sequences, the film also has a few moments of humour.
