Top 10 Most Disturbing Scenes In Bollywood Movies Hindi Article

People often go to the movies to get some temporary escape from their daily monotonous life. Everyone loves a breezy and light-hearted feel-good film. Today, we look at some of the most disturbing scenes in Bollywood movies.

1. New York Click to look into! >> Read More... (2009)

New York follows three college friends in the titular city whose lives change forever after the Twin Tower attacks. We see the American authorities detain several innocent people with little to no evidence against them just because they are Muslims. The scene where Sam ( John Abraham Like some of our sexy stars, John Abraham has had >> Read More... ) is detained for nine months and tortured mercilessly is tough to watch. He is not able to cope with the outside world and eventually becomes a terrorist because of his feelings of resentment towards the FBI and ultimately meets a tragic end.

2. Bandit Queen (1994)

Based on the life of Phoolan Devi, this movie has many disturbing scenes. We see a 10-year-old Phoolan who gets forcefully married to an older man, and then he sexually assaults her. She is gang raped by some men and beaten continuously for three days. Her clothes were ripped off, and she was paraded around the entire village. The movie showed one after another atrocity faced by Phoolan and gives us some harrowing images and disturbs us to the core.

3. Gangaajal (2003)

Gangaajal portrays the story of a cop who gets assigned to a town with corrupt police officers and politicians and brutal criminals. The most disturbing scene comes when Sadhu Yadav’s men vandalize the shop of a local paan vendor after he testified against Sunder. We see Bachcha Yadav gouging the eyes out of the vendor and pouring acid, referred to locally as Gangaajal, into his eyes. The scene was disturbing and showed us how far a man could go to punish someone.

4. Raman Raghav 2.0 Click to look into! >> Read More... (2016)

This film has tons of disturbing scenes, all involving extreme violence and gore. Ramanna is a serial killer, and Ragavan is a brilliant but troubled cop. Raghavan kills a drug dealer by crushing his head, murders some slum dwellers with an iron rod, goes on a cocaine frenzy and kills an African drug dealer, and does many other bad deeds. It becomes clear that they are no different from each other and have the same animalistic desire to kill and abuse.

5. Anjaam (1994)

The psychological thriller follows Vijay, a man who is madly in love and obsessed with Shivani, who gets married to Ashok. Vijay befriends Ashok and then murders him by crushing his skull with a bat. In one scene, Vijay begs Shivani to confess to him that she loves him too, and when she refuses, he beats her. When Vijay beats Shivani, she bits his arm off so harshly that the flesh comes out in her mouth. It is a disconcerting film.

6. Matrubhoomi Matrubhoomi is a news show that airs on ABP News.  >> Read More... : A Nation Without Women (2003)

Matrubhoomi shows us a scenario where practices like female infanticide and female foeticide have resulted in the extinction of women from the country. Our protagonist, Kalki, is forcefully married to five brothers of a family.

The brothers share Kalki and treat her as a sex slave. Even their old father uses Kalki to satisfy his sexual desires. She is also raped by the lower caste folk when the brothers kill their servant who belongs to a lower caste. This premise is enough to shake anyone to their core.

7. Badlapur Click to look into! >> Read More... (2015)

He also kills Harman’s wife and sexually abuses Liak’s girlfriend. Seeing Raghu carry out all this violence is disturbing, seeing that he was once a family man whose sole purpose in life now is to kill his wife’s killers.

8. Rakta Charitra Click to look into! >> Read More... (2010)

When the title translates to ‘History of Blood’ you can expect what kind of violence and gore the movie would contain. The goriest scene comes after the introduction of Bukka Reddy, a ruthless man who enjoys raping women and brutally killing men.

He kills many of Shankar’s henchmen in brutal ways, chopping one’s head with a sugarcane chopper, drilling holes in one’s skull, feeding one to rats, and burning them alive. The violent scenes are challenging for the viewers to watch.

NH 10 is one of the darkest and most violent movies of recent times. It follows Meera and Arjun, who witness an honor killing committed by a mighty gangster while on a road trip. The gangster then starts to pursue them so he can eliminate them. NH 10 throws light on the sensitive topic of honor killings in the country. It doesn’t shy away from showing brutal and bloody violence. It is a brilliant thriller that keeps you on edge but disturbs you with all the violence.
