A tamasha as far as the performance at the box office is concerned; the movie introduced us to yet another traveller’s paradise, the city of Corsica. The scenes were so beautifully captured; it looked as if it came just out of a post card. The movie not only introduced us to the city but to the fact that, how travel helps you to unwind and let go of your tensions and simply enjoy the moment.
What happens when you have to travel with someone, who is your polar opposite? The movie is all about how two completely different people embark on a road trip to Delhi meeting new people, taking new roads and reflecting on their lives.
Well, there is nothing that has been left unspoken about this movie, the epic love story of Raj and Simran. The movie was one of its kind and gave us a beautiful glimpse of London, Switzerland and of course Punjab. The journey that Raj and Simran take when on a Europe trip to the yellow mustard fields of Punjab, the movie is probably a milestone from where the craze for travel started.

Even though the cat died on the trip, taking your pet along when you go on a road trip won't always end up like that.
Words fall short if we begin to praise the beauty and charm of Darjeeling and Kolkata as shown in Barfi. The plantations, the trains, the terrain of Darjeeling, to the magical chaos of Kolkata, even though the movie seems to be set in a different era, the beauty of the locations is timeless. The small town on the hill, makes you feel like packing your bags and setting out for a relaxing stay at a quite hill station.
A horror movie that gives the inspiration to travel! Yes! No matter how scary the movie was, Jim Corbett Park must have featured on the must visit list of many travel enthusiasts. The movie was filmed at the park and gives the ultimate feeling of being up close and personal with the wild. Although a visit to the park won't be as scary as they have shown, but it will definitely be exhilarating.
Throw a dart on the map and that's the place we visit! How cool does that sound? Anjaana Anjaani was flooded with such amazing ideas.
