Chalo Dilli Teasers, Trailers, Video & Songs

Directed and produced by Shashant Shah and Big Daddy production, Challo Dilli embarks the journey of two antithetical characters of reaching their final destination 'Dilli'. The film features mega stars Lara Dutta, Vinay Pathak and Akshay Kumar.

With the song Chalo Dilli voiced by Sukhwinder Singh in the backdrop, the trailer underlines the journey of Mihika Banerjee (played by Lara Dutta) and Manu Gupta (played by Vinay Pathak) and their uncanny ways to reach Dilli. The trailer manifests the obstacles which stood on their way, ranging from boarding a taxi with a sleepy driver to riding a bicycle.

It also highlights the bittersweet relationship of Mihika and Manu where we can see instances that they are completely tired of each other yet they cling onto each other as they have the same purpose. In fact the trailer ends with the cliché scene from ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ where Manu extends his hand from the running train and Mihika runs to hold his hand.

On the whole the trailer gives us a general idea that Chalo Dilli is a pure entertainer with humour being its unique selling point. It also has a subtle touch of emotions and romance thus, succeeding in encouraging us to watch the entire movie CHALO DILLI.
