Galactus's real name is Galan, and he was a scientist and an explorer. While exploring, he knows that a cosmic event will happen, his world and the existing universe will vanish, and a new universe will form. He tries to stop it but can't, and lastly, he is the one who survives, and he sees the sentience of the universe. The sentience merges with Galan, the universe destroys, and new universe forms. Due to the merge, his name becomes Galactus, and then he becomes one of Marvel's supervillains.

6. Doctor Octopus

Doctor Octopus's real name is Otto Octavius. He got a chance at USA Atomic Research Centre as a nuclear scientist, where he started researching radioactive nuclear substances. He made a mechanical arm to work on radioactive nuclear safely at a distance, which is why other people in the lab began calling him Doctor Octopus. Due to an explosion in the lab, his brain got damaged, his thought process changed, and he became Marvel's supervillain.

Kingpin's real name is Wilson Fisk. Everyone bullied him for being overweight and a little awkward. He committed his first murder at the young age of 12.
