John Abraham had a near death experience while shooting for this movie.
Anil Kapoor accidentally shot a dummy bullet at John Abraham from a closer range than it was originally intended to. It just touched John’s neck and caused a burn in that area. The mark made by the bullet is still visible on his collar bone.

Isla Fisher was stuck in a water chamber for nearly three minutes due to her hand-cuffs been entangled while filming the water chamber escape scene at the beginning of the movie. No one realised that she was stuck because the scene involved her struggling and banging her hands on the glass.

A cameraman named Conway Wickliffe died during an action scene on the sets of “Batman: The Dark Knight”. The vehicle in which he was shooting crashed into a tree, and he died then and there.

The injury was serious, and he was admitted in the Breach Candy hospital for days, and he was recovering for months delaying the shooting of the movie.
