T.K.Pranavi Acharya is a well-known playback singer and a dubbing artist in the Telugu film industry. She was born on August 16, 1986 and her zodiac sign is Leo. She is from Hyderabad and has done her schooling from Nrupatunga High School in Hyderabad. She completed her education from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She has a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Music. This brilliant singer has won many awards. In 2010, she was awarded the Nandi award in the category of the best female playback singer for the song Sarigamapadani from the film Snehageetham. In 2008, she was awarded the Navayuvagalam award in the category of the best female playback singer for the song Rabbarugajuli from the film Yamadonga and in the same year, she was also awarded the best female playback singer for the song Ninna Yeduru Chusa from Toorpu Velle Railu.
In 2007, she won the Bharatamuni award for the best female playback singer for Yaakundenduku from the film Happy Days. In 2005, she won the Ghantasala State Award and Garuda award from TTD. In 2004, she won the best singer award in classical music from the legendary musician Sri Mangalampally Balamurali Krishna. Pranavi started loving music since a very tender age. She started her career in a Doordarshan TV Music Program. She gave her first recording at the age of 10. She gave her voice to the heroine in the film Halo directed Sri Santhosh Shivan. She also sang a song in the music direction of Shri G.Anand. This film was presented the National Award as the best film under children’s film category She is a strong believer in God and says that it is her Guru’s and God who guide her throughout her career and life.
Her Guru’s are Smt.H.Hemavathi and Shri Vyzarsu Balasubrahmanyam. She was also a part of the renowned composer Shri K.Ramachari’s Little Musicians Academy. She was married to Raghu, a dance choreographer, on April 22, 2016. He turned out to be famous through a dance show Dhee. He also got his first film opportunity as a choreographer, from that show. His debut film was Allu Arjun’s Arya 2. He also choreographed for the films Jil, Akhil, and Mirchi. Pranavi’s debut music album was Samhita,a fusion music band with her guru Sri K.Ramachari. The highlights of this CD are Saravanabhava, Swaramulu Saagutundaga, and Tilana. As a playback singer, she has been introduced by Shri V.N.Aditya and Shri Kalyan Malik. Her debut song as a playback singer was the title song in the film Pellam Pichodu under the music direction of Dr.Rajendra Prasad.
