Karnataka-born Meghashree Bhagavathar was born on December 25, 1997, into a family where her father performed in theater, movies, and television, while her grandfather, C. Honnappa Bhagavathar, was a director, producer, actor, lyricist, and composer. Meghashree was not much involved with acting in the early years of her life; however, she had to change her thoughts right after getting an offer for a television series. She made her feature debut with Hubballi in 2006, right after her debut on TV.
