According to the recent reports, the movie may release in mid 2026, around June 25.

Prashanth Neel is currently working on multiple projects, including the sequel of Salaar, while Jr. NTR is working simultaneously on two projects : the movie with Prashanth Neel, as well as the sequel to Devara. Post RRR, Ram Charan’s took  a downturn, while Jr. NTR managed to become only the second curse after Nani to break the so called Rajamouli curse with Devara. Despite a wobbly start, the film managed to succeed at the box  office, earning more than 380 crores over a budget of between 200 to 300 crores.

Meanwhile Prashanth Neel has established his supremacy in both Kannada and Telugu cinema with the KGF and Salaar franchises respectively. Apart from working on the sequel of Salaar and the NTR movie, the director is also working on the third installment of KGF, which will be more of a prequel, explaining the events between 1978 and 1981, which led to Raja Krishnappa Bairya aka Rocky becoming one of the world’s most notorious gold smugglers.
