Gurunandan Mandimane is a dynamic South Indian actor hailing from Chikkamagaluru district, Karnataka. He was born on 17th October 1984. He is not just a television actor but also a talented film actor. He always saw a vision where he found himself as a successful actor at some point in time in his life. His keen interest in acting was since a very young age.

During his school days, when he was in his 8th standard, he ran out of his home with around Rs. 7,000 and an address to his cousin’s place in Bangalore. The technology those days was not even close to the advanced stage today. There was no source to contact a person; even social media did not come into existence by then. It was a hard time for his parents to trace him. He stayed with his cousin and made so many pointless attempts to meet the producers in the industry. Nothing worked, and by then, his parents found out where he was and brought him back to their house.

With way too much disappointment, he patiently tried and then completed his graduation. Later, with his parent’s approval, Gurunandan got a chance to try his luck for the second time in the industry at Bangalore. With his dedication and efforts, he managed to take up few offers and ended up doing supporting and some lead character roles for television serials. Gurunandan’s first appearance was on one of those typical daily soaps broadcasted in television. He played a second lead which did not give him any fame.

His next appearance was on one of the directorial ventures by T. N. Seetharam who is popular for his valuable contributions to the small screen. However, he got small roles in this one too. Gurunandan rose to fame when he did a lead role as a character named Surya in ‘ Lakumi’. The serial was an overall hit and ran more than 300 episodes. His remarkable talent eventually became well-noticed and appreciated by many in the industry. Later, he got few movies offered and chose to make his debut in a rom-com movie opposite to the gorgeous actress Shwetha Srivatsav.

The audiences loved his stunning performance in the movie. And Gurunandan earned a nomination at South Indian International Movie Awards for his excellent debut performance. He then slowly climbed the ladder of success with movies one after the other and made a mark in the film industry. Some of his movies include ‘ Charlie’, John Jani Janardhan, First Rank Raju, etc. His upcoming movie is opposite to the gorgeous Avantika Shetty. The name of the movie is Raju Kannada Medium, and it is directed by an immensely talented director, Mr. Naresh Kumar.
