P.G. Vinda

P. G. Vinda is a famous director, producer, and cinematographer in the Telugu film industry. He was born on 10 th May 1979. As a child itself, young Vinda had been fascinated with the world around him. He started capturing what all was going on around him on to a blank paper, filling it up with his own representation of how he views the world. After he graduated from their School of Fine Arts, he straight away went to take up the role of a cinematographer for the National Award winning film “Grahanam”, which was directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti.

The movie which was released in the year 2005 was taken in a black and white digital format. It was the first time that this had been done in the Telugu film industry, and thus gained a lot of notice and acceptance for it. He has also done the cinematography for the film “Astha Chemma”. He was seen to have done a great deal of films within the roles of a cinematographer. He has got the fortunate opportunity to work with legendary directors such as the National award winning director Neelakanta Nandanavanam. Vinda is greatly interested by travel and different places. He set out to do many more movies, documentaries etc. later on, in the year 2012, Vinda was seen to set up his own production house, Hanging Mountain, which still continues to grow successfully.

As a director, he has done the movie “he Lotus Pond”, which was released on 2011. It was hidden’s movie that depicted his childhood fascinations. The film was critically appreciated. Vinda is definitely a talented artist who has made some pretty heavy contributions to the Telugu film industry.
