S D Sundharam is a famous writer. He has worked as a dialogue writer and lyricist in many films. He was born on 22 July 1921. He joined the drama troupe Nawab Rajamanickam and later joined the State College of Arts, Tiruvaiyaru, and studied literature. At the beginning of his career, he wrote a play named Kaviyin Kanavu.
