Sai Madhukar is one of the most prominent and renowned music directors in the Tamil Film Industry. He was in Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. He had a great interest in music from his childhood days. Being a patron of four languages, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English, he has directed songs in all these languages. Sai started his profession first as an assistant to R. P. Patnaik. He composed the title song of Telugu Serial Anthapuram. Then he composed devotional songs. He also got an opportunity to work with one of the most notable musicians in Bollywood, Mr. Shankar Mahadevan.
Tappatadugu in Telugu and Thavaraana Paathai in Tamil directed by director Arun Kumar Reddy is the debut for Sai. Later, many of his albums with other independent and label artists also released. He has delivered more than thirty songs to date and is looking ahead to doing more songs in the future.
