L V K Doss

L V K Doss is a professional South Indian film editor. He has worked in the Tamil film industry, and he is best known for his effort in the movies Thodari in the year 2016, Rubaai in the year 2017, Kumbi and Kozhi Koovuthu in the year 2012. The debut movie of L V K Doss as a film editor was Mynaa which was released in the year 2010. L V K Doss is also an actor. L V K Doss is also known as L. V. Thasson or L V K Dass. He has edited more than about ten movies in the Tamil language. L V K Doss is currently an editor at infinity. He has worked at Chhindwara area in Madhya Pradesh, India. L V K Doss is a student of renowned editor B. Lenin. L V K Doss' father is Vivekanandham who is a former employee in Bharat electronics.

He says that his parents were very supportive of his work till he got married. His wife's name is Shanmuga Priya who is a working lady. They have a son named Harishwaran. L V K Doss's wife is moral support to him, and she advises him about life decisions and shares her thoughts with him. His son also teaches L V K Doss about the latest technology. In his 12th standard public examinations, L V K Doss failed in mathematics. Since he could not continue further education, L V K Doss opted to find a job. It was his uncle who helped him join the editing department. L V K Doss was clueless about this art of editing when he entered. He got comfortable with the job as he can watch many movies during the edit and he can sit and work in a room without much travel.

He joined as an editor in the year 1992. From the years 1994 to 1996, L V K Doss edited movies in the Malayalam film industry. He was an assistant of editor G. Murali who has received many National Awards. He had worked in the Malayalam film named Moola Kannadi. Since his Tamil friends did not recognize the Malayalam movies, L V K Doss wanted to try his luck in the Tamil industry. Then he got a chance to work as an assistant to editor B. Lenin. From 1996 to 1998, L V K Doss worked under B. Lenin. Later, he became an assistant editor to the film editor Udaya Shankar and worked on movies like Sembaruthi. The next two years, L V K Doss joined Super Hit Films under Jaishankar. He then equipped himself by learning new software which is used in editing.
