Raghu Vyas is an Indian personality and a well-developed painter plus director. He made a film based on Rasamanjari's paintings and Bhanudutta's 15th-century poem. The film was produced in the year 2001, and it was 50 minutes in duration. He made this Film Rasamanjari for the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. The film itself depicts the story behind the Rasamanjari paintings, travelling through the land of India. He also directed another film, Minmini Poochigal, a Tamil film released in 1993. He is a painter in original and belongs to a small town in Jammu. He is famous for his Pahari miniature paintings. He became so popular with his paintings that 25 shows were launched in different states like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Toronto, and London.
