Radha Mohan is an Indian Film Director and Writer. He worked in the Tamil and Telugu Film Industries. Radha was born on the 20th of November in the year 1965. He was born in Trivandrum, Kerala. He later moved to Chennai, Tamil Nadu after establishing a career in the Kollywood Film Industry. Radha made his debut as a Writer and Director in the Tamil Film Industry with the film Azhagiya Theeye (2004). He later directed more Tamil films such as Ponniyin Selvan (2005), Mozhi (2007),
(2008), Payanam (2011), Gouravam (2013), Uppu Karuvaadu (2015), Brindavanam (2017), 60 Vayadu Maaniram (2018), and
His film Payanam was bilingual. It released in the Telugu language with the name Gaganam. His other film Gouravam was shot simultaneously in both Telugu and Tamil. Radha won the Second Prize of Tamil Nadu State Film Award as Best Director for the film Mozhi (2007), Tamil Nadu State Award as the Best Director for the film Abhiyum Naanum (2008), and Tamil Nadu State Award as Best Story Writer for the film Payanam (2011). His films Mozhi and Abhiyum Naanum also won the Second Prize of the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards as the Best Film in the years 2007 and 2008.
