I E Babu Kumar

I E Babu Kumar is a cinematographer in the Tamil film industry. He did his schooling at St. Joseph’s School in his hometown in Cuddalore in 1994. He took Master of Science in Physics at the Loyola College in Chennai in the year 2000. He is the director of photography in Shiv Mohaa’s 2016 fantasy horror film, Zero. Babu also worked as an assistant cameraman in films like Vishwa Thulasi (2004), Naalai (2006), Pachaikili Muthucharam (2007), Aalwar (2007), Kulir 100° (2009), etc. Besides working as a cinematographer, Babu Kumar is also a film actor and assistant director of the 1993 Bollywood film, Sahibaan.

Previously, he has worked as the assistant director of Baseraa (1981), Sawaal (1982), Duniya (1984), Zamana (1985), Sahibaan (1993), Hum Dono Hum Dono is a Hindi television show in which the s >> Read More... (1995), and Laawaris (1999). He bagged a role in Rajiv Rai’s 1989 action thriller film, Tridev. Babu also acted as the son of Satyendra Kapoor in Yash Chopra Film maker Yash Chopra is recognized as the ‘king >> Read More... ’s 1979 disaster drama film, Kaala Patthar. He made performances in Manmohan Krishna’s Noorie (1979) and Ramesh Talwar’s Doosra Aadmi (1977). Yash Chopra produced both films. In 1980, Babu also worked as an assistant editor for Saeed Akhtar Mirza’s 1980 Bollywood film, Albert Pinto Ko Gussa Kyoon Aata Hai.
