Sabji Vasavan is a Malayalam writer known chiefly for the Malayalam television show Chayakada. Chayakada is a comedy show that aired on Kerala Vision. The show is set against a genuine tea shop backdrop, where the characters discuss different subjects each time they meet. Vasavan is a scriptwriter from Alappuzha who did his schooling at GSMM GHSS S. L. Puram and SS School of Arts.
He pursued his higher studies at the Kerala University and VV Giri National Labour Institute. He also pursued studies at the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development. Besides being a scriptwriter in the Malayalam Film Industry, he is a cartoonist, NGO activist, national trainer, short film director, editor, and publisher.
