Kannan Nair is an Indian film and theatre actor who has started his career with theatre plays and short films. He was born on February 16, 1985 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. He had a small role in Picket 43, a Malayalam movie which was released on 23 January 2015. He has made his debut in a lead role with Sanal Kumar Sasidharan’s movie named S Durga. Earlier named Sexy Durga, it is a Malayalam movie that was released on 27 January 2017.
This movie tells us about the double standards of the society that on the other hand refer to women as goddesses and on the other preys on them. Later, this movie has won the Hivos Tiger Award at Rotterdam.
