R Ramanand is a well-known scriptwriter from the Malayalam Film Industry. He was born in the year 1988. His birthplace is Calicut, Kerala, India. His parents are Arundhati and Ramadas. He is also a screenplay writer, Lecturer, and writer. He has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and World History. He has a Master's degree in Medical & Psychiatric social work and an MPhil research degree in Public health from the Center for Social Medicine & Community Health at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India.
He has completed his Ph.D. in Social Science in Health from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He has research experience in Kashmir Saiva Tantra and has written many articles on this subject. He is the author of Tantrarahasyam, Kuttichathan Ayyappan Sasthav, and Kashmira Saivam, Vijnanabhairava Tantra. He is the editor-in-chief of Sivam Magzine. He is the director of Abhinavaguptha Institute of Advanced Studies, Vagamon, and Idukki.
