Rajeev P is an experienced Content professional and Creative director, hailing from Ernakulam district in Kerala. He has more than 10 years of experience in the Malayalam Television Industry and is expanding his potential in the field of OTT. He is working towards refining the content strategy and audience acquisition programs in the OTT platforms. He has led some of the topmost television channels in Kerala since their launch.

He has worked as Chief Producer at Mazhavil Manorama, the Malayalam entertainment channel from Malayala Manorama, and led a team of producers and crew of the channel. He used to communicate across departments in the programming sector for the smooth functioning of the channel. He participated actively in the operations and was involved in resource allocation for the channel. He derives pleasure from delivering excellent programming content. He has led some of Kerala’s biggest events including the Amma Mazhavil Show in 2018. 

He pursued his Bachelor's in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and completed his Postgraduate diploma in Computer Applications from Lal Bahadur Shashti Institute of Technology. Even though his educational trajectory does not align with his profession, his passion for content creation has taken him so far. He started his career as a Freelance Creative Director at Doordarshan in 1993. He worked as a Producer at Surya TV for 2 years. He started to expand his career and worked as the Senior Producer at Kairali TV for 6 years from 2000 to 2006, where he directed flagship programs and produced some of the Kairali events.

IN 2006, he moved to Malayala Manorama Television, where he served as the Chief Producer for 15 years where he led a set of producers, coordinators, graphics team, art division, promo creation team, and the editing teams of the channel for various events. He is a freelance strategic and creative consultant for content creation and planning for OTT platforms. He is also working as a Creative Director at Reliance Entertainment. He is indeed a successful media personality.
