Aamod Chakrapani is one of the professional TV anchors in Mollywood. He did his schooling from S.N. Center School, Varkala and Paliyam GHSS Chendamangalam. After that, he did his graduation in Physics from Kerala University and graduated in the year 2006. In 2007, he joined Alchemy Film Institute to complete a diploma program on Acting and Modelling. Furthermore, he did his post-graduation in Journalism from Press Club Thiruvananthapuram. He started his career as a Radio Jockey in Club FM 94.3 and worked there from 2007- 2010. In those three years in Club FM, he got experiences of giving voice-overs for ads and characters.
In 2013, while he was doing his PG course in Journalism. He joined Jeevan TV as a Television News Producer. He also worked as a sub-editor and news presenter for the channel. He left the company in 2015. Aamod also worked as Show Host for many live shows. He has a huge experience in dubbing and voice-overs. Since 2016, he works for Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. as a Show Host. He married Sonia Aamod in the year 2019. She is a playback singer and also the winner of ‘Asianet Idea Star Singer, 2008’.
