Maniyanpilla Raju act is a South- Indian film actor who mainly acted in Malayalam movies. He was born as Sudheer Kumar and penned his name to Maniyanpilla Raju after his movie, Maniyanpilla Adhava Maniyanpilla in which he had played the character with the same name. He debuted with the movie Mohiniyattam, which was directed by Sreekumaran Thampi.

He has been a part of over 200 movies in his film career. He was born to Saraswati Amma and Shekharan Nair on April 20, 1955. His birth place is Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram. He has four siblings in which he is the youngest. He has one brother and two sisters, Surendran, Ramani and Radha. To complete his primary education he studied from Government Model Boys Higher Secondary School in Thiruvananthapuram. After that, he went to Victory Tutorial College.

He also learned to act from Adyar Film Institute, Chennai and earned a diploma in the year 1975. His autobiography came up in 2012 named Chirichum Chirippichum. He got married to Indira and had two son's with her; elder one is Sachin and the younger Niranjan. His younger son, Niranjan made his film debut with Renjith's Black Butterfly.

Manoj K. Jayan

Manoj Kadampoothramadam Jayan is a South-Indian actor, born on 15 March 1966 in an Ezhava family. His father, Sruthiyil K.G. Jayan, is a famous Carnatic musician, whereas his mother works as a teacher. He completed his schooling from the Government College, Nattika. It is known that since childhood, he was much of an introvert. He made up his mind on pursuing acting as a career. His parents encouraged him by sending him to the Southern Film Institute, Trivandrum to learn to act. His professor at the Institute, Adam Ayub, later directed his debut on television in ‘Kumilakal’, a television serial airing on Doordarshan in 1988. Manoj debuted with ‘Mamalakalkkappurathu,’ a film by Ali Akbar, who also belongs to the Southern Film Institute. Unfortunately, the film wasn’t released for unknown reasons. His official debut was in the film titled ‘Perumthachan’. A film by Ajayan based on a carpenter’s relationship with his son. He has been highly acknowledged with back-to-back awards for his work in the film industry. In 1993, he was awarded four awards (Kerala State Film Award, Film Critics Award, Film Chamber Award and Madras Lion's Club Award) for his work in Hariharan’s ‘Sargam’. Some other films that gave him recognitions were Santosh Sivan’s horror-cum-thriller film titled ‘Anandabhadram’ and Santhosh Souparnika’s ‘Ardhanaari’ in which Manoj plays a transgender. He tied the knot with actress Urvashi in the year 2000 and had their first daughter named Tejalakshmi in 2001. However, the marriage was terminated by a divorce in 2008. Manoj has a son named Amrit from his second marriage with Asha, whom he married in 2009.
